Fitness for real lives, not highlight reels.
Fitness Lifestyle is an independent publication about training, nutrition and the modern way to live well — built for people with jobs, families and limited time.
Why we exist
The fitness internet is loud. Every week there’s a new “miracle” workout, a food you must never eat again, or a 30-day transformation that quietly ends on day nine. Most people don’t need more information — they need better information, organised into something they can actually follow.
That’s what we do. We turn established exercise and nutrition guidance into clear programs, honest articles and simple tools like our BMI calculator.
How we create content
- Grounded in evidence. We draw on public-health guidelines (such as the World Health Organization’s physical-activity recommendations) and peer-reviewed research, and we say so when the evidence is mixed.
- Practical first. Every article should leave you with something to do this week.
- No extremes. We don’t promote crash diets, unsafe training or quick fixes.
- Kept up to date. We review and update our guides as recommendations change.
Fitness is a lifestyle
Training and food are the foundation, but a fit life also includes sleep, stress, community and how you feel when you get dressed in the morning. That’s why our Journal covers recovery, mindset and even activewear style alongside sets and reps.
